yay! today im going for dragon-boating with churchiesss!!! excited! :D 28th Aug 08 (Yesterday) spent the morning reading and practising piano for the piano exam. later that afternoon, i went to the piano studio to practise the songs and try the piano out and i have to say that im glad that the paddle of the piano was super low, hence, i can press the paddle down easily and playing my C piece was gd!!! afterwards, i met up with my classmates at bugis and ate at bugis. had a fun time during dinner as we last-minutely celebrated chelle's bday. after dinner we went for the funeral of trevor's dad, and boy i cried as losing a brother on earth aint easy, i may not know him, but losing someone was saddening. 29th Aug 08 (Today) went to school today to celebrate teacher's day. the vid of mojo jojo was quite funny! afterwards, i came home and practised piano and headed off to the exam venue ASAP. my piano exam is a little screwed, i dont wish to talk abt it :(. YAY!!! nxt week would be the chopir farewell night woots, excited!!! hey tdy is the LAST DAY OF EOYS and boy am i happy :D!!! tdy was the sci(phy,chem) MCQ paper and ive to say it is easy, and to brighten up my mood, THERE ISNT ANY SCHOOL TMR!!! however, something heartwrenching was broadcasted to my classmates tdy but i would keep this confidential. had breakfast with SW and took the bus home. came home and PLAY, SLACK, WATCH TV, READ!!! i now finally have the time to read 'wuthering heights' and boy the first time i read it, i gave up aft reading the the first 2 pages the last due to its overly-elaborated description but ive decided to try reading it once again. another gd news is that tmr would BE A HOLIDAY FOR the 4F citizens coz we do have the bio exam MUHAHAHA!!! anyway the sad news would be the piano exam being held on FRIDAY MORNING which means i will have to miss part of the teacher's day celebrattion but at the very least i get to see it. my C piece for piano is so screwed...-_-. hey! right now im using my sis' laptop behind my mom's back heehee... anyway, tdy was the amath paper 2 and though many say it was easier than the first paper, i felt that it was still quite tedious and even though i completed the paer, i feel a little uncertain abt it though. although i know i may not fail, there is a probability of doing badly :(. i could not spent the whole day concentrating on my studies and ive been introspecting quite a lot, thinking about all the abt the the reat news and the traumas ive faced this year. i kept thinking and wanting to thank God abt everything. i also thank the Lord that i do my best to be less critical and more complimental. okay, mom has caught me use the comp le g2g!!! today was the chinese paper 2 and im glad that the paper was SUPER DUPER EASY COMPARED TO THE Os!!! i could do like almost all the comprehension but the cloze passage was a little tough though. anyway, whats done has been done, we can nvr turn back the clock. waited for 大姐大 outside the staff room coz she needed to meet up with mrslim concerning her music Os, and then i took the 74 with her and started a heart-2-heart chat abt our probs we are facing through currently. it is gd to have my best friend in school right now to guide me and comfort me during this tough period of mine and i would also like to thank shengwei for helping me through my probs as i felt that he was the only one who accepted mr for who i am in class last term. as we come to the ending of this term, i would wanna thank the Lord for letting me embrace the storm or else i wouldnt feel cooled and refreshed and will never be able to appreciate the pressence of the sun shining in my life. oh ya! this fri is my piano exam and my 3rd is still below standard and my leg hurts when i press the paddle. im gna study amath slp and practise piano now. have a nice day everyone!!! :D a poem of mine... the pitter-patter of the rain is not raining cats and dogs but it is noisier then those who bring my ears pain and makes my vision blurer than the cloudy fog this weather perfectly ruins my mood to study amath falling back into memory of how my scars were gained reminiscing the long dark path where i was tied up in chains despite of the scars that was made submission was something i needed abstainment from for i know these scars would fade and continuous faining is what i need to carry on if im ever gonna see a storm today all i need is to embrace for the moisturing raindrops falling array will make me encase the cooling wind blowing over my face MANN!!! tmr is the CL paper 2 which i have to take... AGAIN! and i dont feel worried abt it and im concerned wbt this fact that im not fearing the exam. oh well, it is supposed to be a gd thing right? MAY GOD BLESS EVERYONE ONE OF YOU!!! 20th Aug 08 (Wed) the english paper was rather tough i say, i really had difficulties explaining the meaning of the words and boy summary was really tedious as i do not know which are the main points in the passage the copy down. after the english paper was emath and i have to say that even though the paper had almost the same level of difficulty as the MYEs, im glad that i was able to do a graph question. 21st Aug 08 (Thurs) chem paper was rather okay, compared to the MYEs as i was able to do most of the questions based on sec3 topics. the NE quiz was rather lame, the moment i finsh all the questions, i wanted to invest in somemore buildings but then... the game had to end on its own terms like how dumb is that!!! -_- 22nd Aug 08 (Fri) amath paper 1 was the subject on friday and i really thank the Lord that i managed to pull thorugh the log qns as many of my c'mates had difficulties with them. howeverm i have to say that the qns abt remainder theorem was totally messed up :(!!! took 74 with darren aft the exam as we went into the bus and got seriously caught up in the table-tennis match between li jiawei and zhang yining. we were seriously crazy and hyped up and shouted frantically whenever li jiawei lost but the gd news was, everyone sitting on the second floor of the bus were doing the same thing HAHA!!! i watched the final battle between li jiawei and guo yue and sadly, li jiawei maintained her position for the second time in olympic history as 4th in the table-tennis women singles. on the bright side, she did not lose her title as the 4th best player in the olympic history so God had bless her in this way. :D 23rd Aug 08 (Sat) spent the morning studying and the afternoon at the inter-BP church YF meeting. met loads of new friends there and had lots of fun with the ice-breakers. there was quite a no. of disgusting games though like captain's ball(except that u do not use a ball but a tomato) and it quite funny when we squashed the tomato coz the sight of it was rather gross. in another game, we had to put ladies stocking on our head and im not gonna elaborate any further... BBQ was fun as we managed to fellowship with other churches and bond together in the word of God. at the same time, i met aaron and chatted with him for a little while. took the bus back to church and then the 67 home and i was dead beat by then. 24th Aug 08 (Today) today russell didnt turn up for class so i was pretty much alone in class but ive learnt a lot more today probably coz im more focused. later, i met up with mitch, daryl and timF for service and they were sorta cracking some jokes which were quite funny. EDITED i cant believe i spent an hour doing this thinking so much!!! but it was fun though!!! :D 1)Tagged by... Congratulations, and may the Lord bless you always! a poem of hope in God. hope this would strengthen your hearts and minds for the prelims!!! :D 18th Aug 08 (Yesterday) emath was rather tedious, however, i managed to finish the paper on time. the chinese paper was like 10 TIMES EASIER THAN THE Os!!! halleujah for that!!! 18th Aug 08 (Yesterday) today i had my history and physics and i wanna thank the Lord that even though i forgotten most of my notes on the LON, i was still able to remeber loads of info during the last minute. in the phy paper, i felt so happy as it was super duper easy and i was FINALLY ABLE TO DO A LIGHT QUESTION!!! woke up late today but i manged to be slightly on time for the baptism class. after class, i had a heart-2-heart talk with russell talking abt our spiritual life and abt the probs with are facing through. thanks russell, although weve known each other for so long, we seldom get together in school probably coz weve different interests etc, but he sure is a reliable friend to lean on. i came back and studied and now im gonna WATCH TABLE-TENNIS!!! g2g now. and 1 more thing may God bless everyone who are taking their EOYs and prelims!!! :D 14th Aug 08 (Yesterday) yesterday had SS exam and english exam but i had to say that both exams were easy. even though i really had big probs with the SEQ. when i came home, i watched table-tennis and boy the 3.5hr match was exciting. my heart was racing but i remained really cool and calm about it. when i realized that the korean contestant made a mistake in her serve, S'PORE WON!!! and i was seriously overjoyed!!! 15th Aug 08 (Today) spent the entire morning studying and almost the entire afternoon in church and now im dead beat. tmr is gonna be the grand finals of the table-tennis competition SINGAPORE VS CHINA, though i dont expect s'pore to win, i would still wish them the very best!!! hi!!! the first day of my new blog and my do i tell you that the HTML of my old one was DISASTROUS!!! im now gonna reset the profile and stuff. testing post |
