29th Sept 08 (Yesterday) the school sounds so much more peaceful than usual. ive to admit im someone that doesnt really like noise and big crowds so i really appreciate the emptiness of the school and the pressence of its peacefulness. had recess with ale and chloe and ive to say this but, only 11 4A students came to school today as the remaning 74% of the class actually planned to pon school as they find 2 hours of english rather useless haha XD!!! 30th Sept 08 (Today) during chapel today, mr owyong gave every sec4s and 5s a purple booklet filled with decdications from the teachers and boy do i have to say it was touching. plus, there was one page specially decdicated to the choirsters haha! i LOVE MRSTAN, MSTAN and MRHO!!! :) to brighten our mood, missThio gave us lollipops as a children's day present and missYeo treated the whole class to a free drink! :) tmr is HARI RAYA PUASA!!! hence, i need not go to school but i gotta stay home and mug and if im blessed enough, i hope my parents would buy me 'the shack'. anyway, ive changed the song on my blog and im a jazz-/soul/RnB-lover so i hope you would enjoy the 2 songs ive posted, 1 on the blog and the other on this post. 1)Jennifer Hudson - I Am Changing 2)Jennifer Hudson - Jesus Promised Me A Home Over There ive posted these two songs today for everyone who are going through tough times now, i hope you guys would feel encourage. remember, 'Trust in the Lord, and he will straighten your paths.' Jennifer Hudson - Jesus Promised Me A Home Over There 23rd Sept 08 (Tues) the graduation service was super long!!! the entire service was extended by half an hour and my stomach was growling louder the a lion's roar. my parents came back from London aft 2 tiring weeks there renovating their apartment. 24th Sept 08 (Wed) i thank God for survivng through the entire piano lesson as i didnt really practise much but to my dissapointment, ive only got a 118/150 for my piano exam haiz... oh well at least i didnt fail thank God for that. 25th Sept 08 (Thurs) studied with sarah, jiamei and valerieT after school during missY's classrm until 4+. we were crapping abt the noose and kept on saying how funny it is like the singaporean RnB singer 'gor kak'(50 cent) and a lot of other jokes. 26th Sept 08 (Fri) studied with joy and sarah today after school. seeing them slacking makes me feel sleepy! XD 27th Sept 08 (Today) went for ale's piano concert today and i have to say this, her piano teacher is BALISTIC!!! she cracks up jokes out of the sudden and went two of her students of the opposite sex were supposed to present a duet together she said 'there is something going on between them but they didnt do it'. i expected piano teachers to be like solemn, serious-looking and emo but she is just so loud!!! XD 19th Sept 08 (Fri) darren gave me a mug decorated with piano keys on it as a belated bday present. english lesson what THE BOMB!!! playing comp in comp lab rocks my socks!!! :) 20h Sept 08 (Sat) went for LTF(church) today and the message spoken today was on 'dressing adam & eve', ive RE-learnt that vanity is quite wrong and we should dress our best which is pleasing to the Lord. dinner at grandma's house ROCKS!!! had a super duper long talk with jord. 21st Sept 08 (Sun) went for baptism class today with russell and i went straight home aft service. the rest of the day was rather relaxed as i slept for an hour an a half, played Big2.5 for an hour plus on viwawa and only did half an hour on emath haha... XD 22nd Sept 08 (Today) played Big2 with chelle, cherylL, XX and shengwei during recess, it was super funn!!! however, i had to accomplish loads of tasks aft school which worn me out by the time i got home. 1)finish the homework missT gave on the sci(chem) TYS 2)went for a haircut 3)buy ice-cream for sis the homework on the TYS was super difficult, ive sorta struggled through the qns. secondly, the trip to jurong east from school was longer than usual. to dampen my mood, i did not get the ideal haircut i wanted at QB house... oh well when you are on a budget, desperate times comes for desperate measures. :( to ale and darren: i wanna thank you 2 for the bday mugs as i really appreciate it very much!!! :D its been a while since ive last blog and boy it flew by so fast... 15th Sept 08(Mon) it was my b'day and boy did i not expect many of my classmates to remember but i wanna thank darren, karyn and pat for the gifts and i also wanna thank thw whole for singing me the happy bday song. 16th Sept 08(Tues) boring day 17th Sept 08(Wed) EL was the BOMB!!! our whole class sorta just played with the computer and most of us were just slacking away. many of my c'mates were playing big2 and logging into their facebook accounts haha! i totally didnt practise piano for the week but im glad ive made it through!!! :) 18th Sept 08(Thurs) lunch with darren + studying with sarah = HAPPY :D PLS WATCH THIS HILARIOUS NONESENSICAL VIDEO ABOUT KOREAN DRAMAS!!! XD korean drama parodies haiz... today was day day where i finally know the rest of my results. ive to say that even though i improved, i still believe that i can do better. i was really sad for sarahAY today, she was crying but thank goodness ale, joy and i were there to comfort her. i offered some tissue and tuition if she needed some. to sarah: JYJY!!! failure is the mummy of success! :) what a relaxing day, but to my dismay, i failed my strongest subject which is combined humans, maybe i was too complacecent :(. i change the song on my blog, hope you viewers would like it. Leann Rimes- Life goes on got to know some of my results and im glad i did well for science MCQ 30/40!!! plus i got a 37/50 for my chinese compo, however, it was pulled down by the other marks hence i got a C5 eventually-_-. nothing to blog abt now except that im dying to read 'nights in rodanthe', 'a walk to remember' and 'the broken window'. ok g2g liaoz byee!!! pics from the chOSCARS!!! :D  ale and i  me and siblings!!!  OUR chOSCARS AWARDS!!! i won the most enthu award ale won the best pianist award(sorta expected-_-)   sec4s i will nvr forget you guys!!! :) and of course jordan and i camwhored a little but she insisted on deleting nthe ugly shots. hence, i only got one photo of us together.  my dear student-cousin! LOVE YA!!! okay, i needa g2g now coz there will be SCHOOL tmr after this holiday which i will dread miserably...gdnight!!! :D hihi! now using comp at yi stella, later im gna eat dinner and then go straight back home coz there will be MT tution tmr. okay ltr! DREAMGIRLS ROCK!!! hey! now at yi stella house coz im tutoring jordan. camwhored loads and really had a super-long chat with her. ok g2g!!! :D 3rd Sept 08 (Yesterday) had choir FAREWELL!!! it was quite fun, we played 'dont forget the lyrics', 'are you smarter than a choir junior', and had the juniors performing for us. the juniors were really hilarious and they REALLY MADE ME LAUGHED MY HEAD OFF YESTERDAY HAHA!!! it is amazing how time flies, one moment we are in our orientation tees being guided by our seniors and before we even know it 'POOF', we are already the oldest bunch in choir. from sec1, musical, SYF and the many other events, choir has really conformed, mature, and nurture me. the sec4s have played a big part of my life and i thank them tremendously. even though im not leaving this year i will give personal shoutouts to some of the sec4s. to SET: throughout sec3 and sec4, when not many ppl were there for me, i have to say that you are actually my closest guy friend in choir and esp when i was going through tough times in last yr's camp, you were there to console me and you are really a gd confidante. you have also inspired me to stop being a closet poet and not be afraid of your true self, so thank you for all the 4yrs of tenorhood. to ernest: thank you for being a confidable friend, though you are quiet, you are a nice guy and when desperate times comes for desperate measures, you really cast your feelings aside and do what is required of you. you have made me learn how to loosen up and not take things too seriously and not get into big traumas. thanks for these 4 yrs. to titus: what can i say?! you really crack the tenors up and you really make me laugh to the wits' end at times. even though i do not talk much to you, you have make me learn that when things are not alright, trying too hard may worsen the situation, and to be honest, i wish to be as carefree as you! :) to kimberly: you were the person i talk to most in sec1 and 2 and it was really fun planning the camp with you guys last year, joking, crapping and laughing all the time during discussions. i wanna thank you for not showing me attitude when im being sensitive and i also wanna thank you for your effort for being very understanding towards me. to amber/dorcas/kylie/bolin: yo! thank you for being the LUNATIC BUNCH!!! XD you are always crazy and crap jokes nvr fail to brighten up the mood. i dont talk to you guys much but i wanna thank you for being there for me. to robert/daniel/samuel: you guys have shown a lot of passivity in your behaviour, surprisingly, it encourages me to be more still and you guys have made me learn to worry less and have more faith so thank you for teaching me that. to lynnette/baoyue/bridget/nat: thanks for being always cheerful, happy and jovial when the choir doesnt not perform up to standards, your perserverance, sincerity is being highly-appreciated! :D to noel: thank you for being a member of choir, it is really fun having you sectionals, and i have to admit i dont know you much. but thanks for being a tenor and although i do not know what say to you, you have definitely brought a gd purpose to every sec4s' lives. to chloe: thank you for the 4yrs of friendship, although i dont talk to you much, i do hope to get along with you in the future, you have taught me that sometimes, it is better to leave things unsaid and not to be so straightforward and of course gossip less! :) to aletheia: my bestest bestest friend throughout these 4yrs and my 大姐大! thank you for always being there for me throughout these four years and thank you for accepting who i am when no one else does, you have been there for me whether in sunshine or rain, i make a call, and you are able to console me during the rough times, saying everything is gonna be alright, and look on the bright side of life and when you tell me the cold hard truth, i will always be glad as i know you do it for my own gd so i thank you the most!!! :D ok, end of my shoutouts!!!! :D HAPPY B'DAY GWENDOLINE!!! 4th Sept 08 (Today) today im going to jordan's house and tutor her. :) MAN!!! the Os are near and although ive just finished taking the prelims and EOYs, i still needa STUDY!!! whats worse is that ive been watching crunchyroll, youtube, hearts of 19 and reading 'playing 4 pizza' until i study like less than than an hour today. plus, i will be having a busy schedule for the rest of the holidays. wed-choir farewell thurs/fri-stayover at jordan's to tutor her sat-CL tuition TMR MORNING/AFTERNOON NEEDA MUGGGGGGGGGG!!!!! today ive been pondering about the word REVENGE i keep on pondering about this word and think that this world is filled with unfinished debts and the world believes that revenge is gd so that we can do our our best in life to make things fair. everytime we hate/dislike someone, we will bear feelings of hatred and sometimes desire for cold war to outbreak. for many conflict-haters, they would not show their hatred but they would speak-ill of the ppl they dislike behind their backs. im noe exception as i admit that i gossip and laugh at others when they are in pain instead of helping them. this is probably something everyone does at least once their entire life, gossiping. and as humans we hate to admit it but we do gossip and when we find out that someone gossips abt us, some of us would try finding their faults and gossip to avenge for oneself. but i believe that revenge is just a nvr-ending cycle that would cause spiritual destruction. for example, taking revenge among two ppl is like 2 mirrors staring opposite each other. as they look at each other with hatred, they are too blinded by the anger, that they are not aware of the fact that they are actually looking at themselves. once you take revenge on someone, you actually become exactly like the person and the last thing you want to become is the person you hate. hence, i believe that if you wanna take revenge, repay the evil done upon you by showering kindness upon them. the nxt time you feel like taking revenge, think again, for you would not to become as vicious as your enemy. spent the whole day 'playing for pizza' and after 4 long hours, my mother finally finished using the comp so now i can blog. man its been a boring day so far and ive nothing to do. ive changed the song on the blog, hope you like it, esp for jazz-lovers. 1)Michael Buble- That's Life 30th Aug 08 (Sat) went for dragon-boating woots! we dragon-boated in the rain and boy i say that that was FUN!!! really like the breeze and the cool air blowing in my face and the gd news is, no one got sunburnt which is gd!!! had dinner once we got back to church and ate yummy buffet! 31st Aug 08 (Sun) pretty much a regular sunday morning in church. afterwards, i went to p.s for lunch and then went to times to browse through some books and i wanna buy 'a walk to remember'. HAPPY BDAY FERNY!!! :D 1st Sept 08 (Today) spent the entire morning reading 'playing 4 pizza'. boy im bored now g2g! |
