28th Jan 09 (Wed) after a 5 long days of CNY holidays, ive finally came back to school and boy the free periods were long and boring. ive spent my entire time revising for the physics test on the following monday. felt very relaxed until mrEzal dropped the bomb during SS(H) that there would be a SS test held tmr on diplomacy and deterrence and the class sorta started to feel the pressure and to think that them amath test was on fri, ive got a shock that the amath test was also tmr! thank God that i didnt have piano lesson on that day and i felt that God provided the extra time for me to study coz he knew there would be 2 tests tmr. PRAISE THE LORD!!! :D 29th Jan 09 (Thurs) the SS test was rather tough as i felt that i didnt write much for the SEQ, it was too much for me to stuff all the facts in one day despite the time given for me to study. oh well, i did my best, i can only just leave everything into God's hands right now. as for the amath test, i would have to say that it is very manageable if though the 2nd question was extremely tedious. other than that, i spent the last 20 mins checking through if there are any careless mistakes that ive made. hence, i wanna thank the Lord once more for making the test paper manageable for me. i just wanna end this post with 2 verses from the bible. Lamentations 3:22-23 (21st Century King James Version) It is through the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Thy faithfulness. ok, thats it for now, g2g, byee! :) 23rd Jan 08 (Fri) had CNY celebrations, received a orange-colored file as a 'hongbao'. heard the rap composed by the sec3 classes and i thought the one composed by 3H by the best. had to leave halfway during the performance as i needed to to go for my dental appointment, missed all the fun. :( 24th Jan 08 (Sat) mugged... 25th Jan 08 (Sun) had lunch with one of my father's closest friends and boy his kids are unbearably adorable! :D 26th Jan 08 (Mon) spent themorning at home and boy am i glad that i would not need to go for morning visitation ever agin for the nxt few years as the weather on CNY is like super duper hot and the humidity is extremely high! XP spent the night at my maternal grandma's house and collected so many red packet! :D 27th Jan 08 (Tues) in the morning, my nieces and nephews came today and played with the dog and they are quite lovable and friendly. later, my 姑妈s would be arriving at like 5+ for a visit so i will have lots of time to slack now. i wanna thank God that i need visit anybody's house for this year! :D HERE IS WISHING EVERYONE 恭喜发财！ 19th Jan 09 (Mon) had to lift the barbell for PE lesson and ive to say apart from lifting the barbell with strength, loads of techniques are required to lift the barbell up and ive to say that shane is really gd at it. 20th Jan 09 (Tues) im really dissapointed with the message given by revChiang during chapel as it was rather shallow and dodgy, i expected his messages to be more substantial but i probably didnt hear one of his best messages yet i guess. a great news happened and that was 三姐 getting 1 put of the 70 in the dentistry course at THE UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE woots! my whole family was so shocked as we could not believe such a thing would happen to her. there are like millions of nerds and muggers around the world and yet she still got accepted into the course she wanted, this is really a blessing from God. :D 21st Jan 09 (Wed) shengwei kept on stressing abt the screipt of the fashion parade which made me frustrated and stressed up as well coz he is like taking the stress up for everyone and there were still some who couldnt even care less. linear law for amath is super duper profound and i would have failed amath if i didnt have an amath tutor coz mrQ's teacher is simply... indescribable. 22nd Jan 09 (Thurs) spent the first 3 free periods watching my classmates practising for the fashion parade. i have to say it is quite hilarious and i do like shengwei's script a lot. went for sci(chem) remedial aft school and i realize that only now i appreciate missTh as my chem teacher probably coz she was one of missYeo's closest friends and that she, like missYeo also render herself as mother to me. although, the class doesnt see it coz we only see twice a week, i really thank God for a teacher like her. tdy was rather reaxed as i need not attend MT and emath. i spent my time doing amath homework given by my tutor. afterwards, i spent the entire emath memorising chemistry notes. after school, had a class prayer meeting and one of the prayer requests mentioned was that mrTan would be able to bond even better and we would be able to have the mutual relationship we have with msYeo. right now, i feel that the citizens of 5A'09 are extremely estranged. true, everyone in class gets along well with one another but the enthusiasm of this class has subsided drastically and im really worried that the class may fall apart. oh well, i just needa pray to God abt it. hi! long time no blog, but thank GOD that the internet has FINALLY been fixed aft so long. i cant really blog as often as before coz im having my Os this yr so i wouldnt be blogging as often as usual. anyway, here are the results of the Os subjects i took last year. Emath- B3 Chinese - C6 even though im still very dissapointed in myself for not getting an A1 for emath, i believed that i tried hard and that ive put in a lot of effort. as much as i want to retake, my mother doesnt allow me as she says that i should make full use of this time to ace in the remaining 4 subjects. its my duty as her son to submissively listen as the 2nd commandment says 'honor your father and mother'. okay, its getting late so i will be signing off now bye!!! :D hihi! its been a super long while since i last blogged and today is the second week of school. the internet wireless is faulty as it only functions during the daytime ok i g2g, bye! |
